Support for children and youth living with or caring for a loved one with a life-limiting illness, or who has experienced the loss of a loved one:

develop and evolve your personalized care plan with you
facilitate those difficult conversations with your family
participate in individual counselling using activities that may include art, music, play, books, discussions, and education
participate in educational and community events (based on community need)
