Description of Services:
Support for children and youth living with or caring for a loved one with a life-limiting illness, or who has experienced the loss of a loved one:
  • develop and evolve your personalized care plan with you
  • facilitate those difficult conversations with your family
  • participate in individual counselling using activities that may include art, music, play, books, discussions, and education
  • participate in educational and community events (based on community need)
