Description of Services:

Support for individuals grieving a loss:

develop and evolve your personalized care plan with you
participate in individual counselling (up to 8 sessions) and/or support groups (based on community need)
participate in day program, social club, and wellness activities (e.g. yoga, meditation, etc)
participation in memorial, education, and community events
