Description of Services:
Support for individuals grieving a loss:
  • develop and evolve your personalized care plan with you
  • participate in individual counselling (up to 8 sessions) and/or support groups (based on community need)
  • participate in day program, social club, and wellness activities (e.g. yoga, meditation, etc)
  • participation in memorial, education, and community events
