Description of Services:
142-bed long-term care home * residential care for 19 private rooms and 123 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals
Services and Programs:
- palliative care
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
- 19-bed unit for clients who have a primary diagnosis of dementia with significant behaviors that cannot be managed in the client's current environment
- it is a transitional treatment unit and not intended to be a resource for emergency treatment
- adult day service for people who are frail, have Alzheimer's disease, chronic illness or physical disabilities that require care
- personal support services like baths and showers for older adults who cannot bathe safely in their own homes
- chaplaincy/spiritual services available for residents
- outdoor garden provides a safe environment for residents with dementia
