Description of Services:
A structured, community-based day program designed to provide care and social activities for older adults * respite for family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * activities include:
  • exercise
  • arts and crafts
  • games
  • socializing
  • cognitive stimulation
Includes a hot lunch, snacks, medication management, and personal care assistance
