Description of Services:

Personalized mental health support and short-term counselling for newcomer to address their unique challenges with a focus on enhancing well-being, building social connections, and reducing feelings of isolation

Services include:

individual support and short-term counselling
workshops and presentations
in-person and virtual counseling sessions
help with navigating and accessing other essential services such as housing, employment, and healthcare
develop action plans to achieve settlement goals
