Description of Services:

Private agency providing in-home nursing and personal support care services * services can be short-term or long-term and may include wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing services

Services include:

senior care (caregivers can help with light housekeeping and meal preparation, mobility, bathing and dressing, and are also skilled in dementia support)
in-hospital care (support and companionship )
post-op and disease recovery care (change dressings, administer medication, monitor for complications, assist with personal care, accompany to follow-up appointments, help with basic household tasks, run errands, etc)
rehabilitation care (help with personal care and daily activities and offer support with physical therapy and exercise programs)
mental healthcare (for patients of any age living with mental health challenges * experience in crisis stabilization, respite care, suicide watch and psychogeriatric care including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease)
