Health - Seniors Health and Wellness

Program includes exercise, educational opportunities, therapeutic recreation, creative arts and crafts and are offered at the Exchange and in Bolton, Caledon East, Caledon Village, Alton and the Snelgrove communities across Caledon for adults aged 55+ * program includes a mix of virtual and in-person activities * helps seniors stay active and connected to the community as they age
