Description of Services:

Charitable program offering in-home services and online programming for older adults who are suffering from age-related ailments

In-home services:

personal home assistant to provide help with housekeeping and laundry, home upkeep and daily tasks, meal preparation, computer assistance, pet care, companionship, transportation and accompaniment
personal care assistant to help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
transportation to medical appointments, hospital visits, grocery shopping, etc. * accessible bus with ramp * advance booking is recommended * call to book and to inquire about nominal fees

Online programming:

live exercise classes for all fitness levels * taught by knowledgeable and experienced instructors * check website to view schedule
social programs with interactive activities including workshops, entertainment, and discussions
provides education through live tutorials and guest speakers offering expertise, advice, and tips on a variety of topics for older adults
