Description of Services:

A specialized service of Ashby Community Support Services that focuses on individuals with co-occurring ABI and addictions and/or mental issues.

Services include:

comprehensive functional assessment in the home and the community
intensive case management and individualized community support services geared to the expressed needs and goals of the individual
1:1 addiction counselling related to substance use if required
access to SUBI (substance use and brain injury) group

Essential community outreach services continue in person as needed. Virtual support is an option where appropriate
