Description of Services:
Peer support groups, education, and training for family members, and caregivers of family members * sessions may include information such as advanced directives and safety issues
Meetings:
Meet with your peer virtually to share information on coping with, and caring for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias using Zoom * Zoom meeting ID and password will be provided upon confirmation or registration.
