Description of Services:
4 family physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, a registered practical nurse and other medical office staff providing comprehensive health care services with a focus on prevention and health education * offering virtual care and in-person options when appropriate
For individuals who are uninsured without status (current immigration documents) and for gender affirming care there is an expanded catchment area to all of Mississauga * unable to accommodate students or those on work visas * call the office for information about eligibility
The team provides a broad spectrum of services including well and sick child care, prenatal care, minor office procedures, gynecologic care, adult health maintenance and management of chronic disease conditions
