Newcomers and Refugees Settlement Services
  • newcomer community events
  • newcomer youth civic engagement events
  • newcomer senior wellness programs
  • support towards the social inclusion of newcomers
  • support with basic needs, furniture, clothing, computers/tablets
Information for Newcomer Families on Mental Wellbeing (INFORM) - for South Asian newcomer families
  • mental health promotion and prevention services, resources
  • community engagement opportunities
  • informational sessions for parents and their children after immigrating

  • HOPE Adult Day Program Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for ethno-cultural and South Asian frail older adults or adults with cognitive, physical and communicative impairments in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
  •  
  • PACE (People Assisted Community Express) Offers free rides to older adults from their home to community group settings or medical appointment, specifically for participants registered in Human Endeavour's senior programs * whenever possible, match seniors with drivers who speak the same language and share a similar cultural background for a more connected experience
