Description of Services:
Supports isolated and frail seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals. The LOW program provides culturally appropriate, hot, fresh, and nutritious meals, delivered five times a week to the doorsteps of 55 clients. This service not only ensures that clients receive familiar and balanced meals, but also fosters a sense of community and connection
