Description of Services:

Service for individuals and their families with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder

Services include:

Respite CHOICE * community based programs that facilitate activities within the community with support staff * builds on existing programs, implements persons center activities, and makes choice the core for all programs
Individualized Behavioral program * service for at risk persons with behavioral support plan
Individualized Passport Support * service for persons with Passport Funding
Parent Relief * support to parents who has special events, night out, date nights or vacations
Vacation Support * supports families with children living with a disability with their vacation goals or plan
