Description of Services:
Provider of home and community nursing services contracted through Ontario Health atHome
Medical Services: nursing * wound care therapy * end-of-life/palliative care * serious injury care * respite care * infusion medications such as hydration, pain and symptom management and antibiotics * peritoneal dialysis * medication management * N95 mask fit testing * vent trach care * continually training with hospitals, and can work with medical providers to develop personalized care * pediatric services
Other services include personal support services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology, medical assistance in dying (MAiD), falls prevention, frail and elderly care, etc.
