Description of Services:
Provides individualized support to individuals diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, their family members, and those grieving the loss of a loved one * psychosocial and emotional support is offered through counselling, group support, education, advocacy, social and wellness activities, and volunteer support * 12-bed supporting individuals at end of life who require specialized palliative care
