Providing care to outpatients as well as patients admitted to the hospital * also provides acute dialysis coverage in intensive care unit at both OTMH site and at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington * multi-disciplinary team includes nephrologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, renal assistants and renal technologists
