Seniors apartment building * 79 apartments (1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom) * of which 12 units (1-bedroom and 2-bedroom) are handicapped equipped * market rent units and subsidized (rent geared-to-income, 5-8 yrs wait list) available

24-hour supportive services are provided by Peel Senior Link (PSL) to approved tenants * services may include counselling, medication monitoring, meal preparation, short outings and/or walks * contact PSL at 905-712-4413
