Basic services include:
- 24-hour onsite nursing and care staff
- personal care (assistance with bathing and personal hygiene)
- medication administration (MedsCheck provided by visiting pharmacist)
- emergency call system (pull-cord in room) and smoke detector in all suites
- meals
- daily housekeeping and linen service
- laundry
- social, recreation programs
- doctor (visiting 1 day per week)
- dentist and physiotherapist (on call)
Additional for fee services include spa, hair salon, massage, dental and foot care services (chiropodist visiting 1 day per month), laboratory services
