Description of Services:

Community-based peer support group for stroke survivors and caregivers * connect with other survivors and caregivers for emotional support, firsthand advice, coping strategies and friendship * this includes one-to-one peer support, and online and in-person support groups * free information packages and newsletters * special guest speakers and other special events

First Tue of each month, from 6:30pm-9pm
