Frail older adults and adults with acquired brain injury, who need physical, social, or emotional supports
Fees
$35/day * subsidies may be available for eligible participants * additional fee for transportation

Description of Services:
Support to adults and older adults who have a cognitive impairment and are physically frail * supportive environment with social, recreational and therapeutic activities, along with gentle physical and mental exercises to stimulate and engage the participants attending the program * allows caregivers to receive respite 
  • individual interests and hobbies are incorporated into the program
  • snacks and meals are tailored to meet dietary restrictions
  • transportation to and from the program may also be available upon request for an additional fee (based on availability)
