Eligibility / Target Population

Older adults, adults with disabilities, and people with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementias who need physical, social, or emotional support

Fees

$32 per day for in-person program and $8 per session for virtual program * additional fee for transportation, outings and special events
Extended hours: Additional $10 per person per day

Description of Services:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities * structured and supervised social, recreational, physical and educational activities for frail seniors, post-stroke clients and those living with dementia * helps prevent social isolation and encourages independent living in the community as well as provides support and information services for caregivers * transportation is not included in program fee

caregiver support program
individual/group supportive counselling
assistance with activities of daily living
foot care service
snacks and hot lunch
bathing service for adult day program clients and who require one-person transfer only
