Description of Services:
Adult day program
* supervised program of social, recreational, and wellness activities for
seniors or adults who are physically frail, have a cognitive impairment, or are
socially isolated * helps to support caregivers who provide day-to-day care *
clients receive a hot lunch and 2 snacks, and may receive supervision or
assistance with some activities of daily living
