Description of Services:
Multi-service organization providing culturally-appropriate programs, services and other supports primarily to the Caribbean and Black communities in the Region of Peel

Program activities for older adults:
  • congregate dining
  • health and wellness program
  • exercise and fitness classes (chair exercises, yoga, etc.)
  • arts and crafts
  • friendly visiting
  • safety checks
  • health, nutrition and well-being workshops
  • community events and social activities
Meetings:
  • Century Gardens Recreation Centre, 340 Vodden Street E, Brampton, Thu: 11am-2pm (Congregate Dining)
  • Chapleview Apartments, 16 John Street, Brampton, Mon: 10am (a partnership with Peel Living and Punjabi Community Health Services)
  • Daily Virtual Workshops and Activities
