Older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports * program is not suitable for clients with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia * care coordinators assess the needs of applicants

$25.90 per day - includes lunch * transportation provided on eligibility and ride availability

Description of Services:

Adult day program * holistic social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults who are moderately frail or have mild cognitive impairments in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Program includes

social interaction and engagement
nutritious meals and snacks
medication assistance
support, case management, and education for older adult and families
health promotion and disease prevention through daily seated exercise
variety of cognitively stimulating programs
on-site therapeutic sensory room
