Description of Services:
Supports to at-risk youth, seniors, adults with physical and health disabilities, people who require housing supports, individuals searching for employment, those with mental health issues, and newly immigrated individuals and their families

  • Employment Services Services offered virtually

  • Meals On Wheels Hot or chilled meals delivered * special diet types available

  • Meet and Eat Lunch Programs:
    • Good Company Lunch: Thu 10:30am-1pm, people living with HIV can meet over a full hot meal once a week. This program is for people living with HIV facing additional and potentially complex health challenges.

    • Seniors Services Offer a range of programs and services to support older adults and adults with disability or illness to live at home and engage in the community
    •  
    • Supportive Housing for Older Adults Apartments with 24 hour personal care
