391-bed long-term care home * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a physician and other health professionals * 2 short-stay care beds

bedding and furniture
laundry and housekeeping
meals and snacks, including therapeutic diets
personal hygiene supplies
medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
oxygen therapy and tracheotomy care
assistance with medication and activities of daily living
social, recreational, spiritual and physical activities and programs
physiotherapy and occupational therapy
social worker services
