• wound care
• intravenous care
• palliative care
• acute care post hospitalization
• chronic disease management
• pediatric services
• mental health
• foot care services (in-home foot care available)
• school health

Respite care:

• provided for shorter or longer periods of time
• right level of staff to meet the care and support needs
