Description of Services:
Provides centralized intake, assessment and triage support for patients with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions. Patients requiring surgical joint repair or replacement are connected with Osler's surgical program

Patient Exclusions: Patients under the age of 18 * cancer related musculoskeletal issues * acute musculoskeletal related issues * non-trauma related issues
