62-bed long-term care home * residential care for 1 private bed, 24 semi-private beds, and 37 basic beds * special care unit for cognitively impaired residents * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor, nurse practitioner and other medical professionals

bedding and furniture
laundry and housekeeping
meals
personal hygiene supplies
medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
assistance with medication and activities of daily living
therapeutic recreation, spiritual and social programs
