Social, recreational and educational activities for adults aged 55 and older to enhance their physical, emotional and mental well-being and develop an active and health lifestyle * Scarborough McNicoll Centre programs are organized by a senior group called The Macrobian Club * a drop-in centre is open for the older adults and friends
