Providing education and
knowledge to seniors, caregivers, and the broader community about caring for
seniors and individuals living with chronic diseases. Services include:
- supportive counselling
- group and social activities
- education and training sessions provided by the Care Ambassador program
- mutual help activities
- displays and exhibitions at outreach events
- publications
- online learning platform
