Volunteer based program providing support to clients/caregivers

Caregiver Support Group:

organized on a monthly basis for caregivers and volunteers designed to educate, inform, and empower caregivers
participants learn about health-related issues
receive information on other programs available in the community to support and help them through the caregiving process
network with other caregivers
