Home visitation program HIPPY is designed to work with vulnerable, isolated, and often low-income newcomer mothers of children * leverages newcomer mothers’ motivation to give their children the best possible chance at life and builds their capacity, confidence, and community connections as they take on the lead role in preparing their children for school

Supporting Mothers and Raising Toddlers (SMART): is a companion program to HIPPY and is for parents of younger children. SMART is a play-based learning program for newcomer mothers that focuses on deepening the parent-child bonds, fostering healthy early childhood development, increasing connections to community resources, and strengthening social networks
