Provides culturally competent and gender-affirming care to trans, non-binary, and gender diverse people, ages 12 and up, in a safe, confidential, and inclusive space. Provides medical and counselling services to trans and gender diverse individuals. Medical services include physical and sexual health care and hormone replacement therapy for youth ages 16 and older. Counselling services include exploration of gender identity, transition and resource navigation, Affirm CBT groups, psychoeducation, and community referrals. Also provides family-based supports, including family counselling, family/caregiver education and support, and Affirm CBT for Caregivers. Group services include Affirm CBT groups and monthly drop-in groups. Self-paced psychoeducation webinars are also available virtually.
