Description of Services:
Assesses and treats seniors (age 65+) with serious mental disorders including dementia and seeks to maximize their level of functioning in the community. It is a resource for family physicians, other health care professionals and service providers. The team includes psychiatrists, social workers, nurses and occupational therapists.
