Application
Community Counselling and Case Management: Youth can be referred or refer themselves through Central Intake or via our website referral form. Counselling (School Partners): Youth can be referred through their school social worker. Mental Health Groups and Workshops: Teachers, schools and community groups can fill out a Workshop Request Form via our website.
