Patients are referred internally to this clinic to ensure smooth transition to rehabilitation following inpatient discharge

Post-op physiotherapy - Acute (0-6 weeks from onset) musculoskeletal conditions in adults and paediatrics

Description of Services:
Assessment and treatment for acute (0-6 weeks from onset) post-op therapy including hips, arms and shoulders

Conditions treated:

  • Acute musculoskeletal
  • Plastics
  • Trauma
  • Post-op
  • Paediatrics

Patient exclusions:

  • Patients residing outside of the Ontario Health atHome-Bramton (Central West) geography
  • Excludes acute cervical/lumbar spines
