Provides day program support to youth and adult with disabilities and complex care needs across York Region and GTA * many clients have graduated high school and our program provides a space where they care, thrive and continue to be part of the community * empowering independence and enriching lives through stimulation activities including art exploration, skills acquisition, community involvement and therapies * focus on the needs of each individual to support their personal growth and well-being
