Description of Services:
A program designed to help get families and people living with dementia connected to the services and supports offered by the Alzheimer Society as early as diagnosis * program team works closely with doctors and geriatric teams in the community in order to best support the families and people affected by dementia
Meetings:
Meet with your peer virtually to share information on coping with, and caring for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias using Zoom * Zoom meeting ID and password will be provided upon confirmation or registration. Contact 1-888-414-5550 if you are new to this.
