Description of Services:
Provides non-emergency transportation services for seniors and those with disabilities or special needs * clients using a wheelchair or walker must be able to transfer self or with the driver's assistance * drivers carry full insurance and are CPR/first aid certified * fully licensed with Veterans Affairs Canada for direct billing


Services include:
  • doctor's appointments, planned hospital visits, specialist appointments, eye exam, medical follow up, blood work, dental appointment, etc.
  • round trip transportation for dialysis, companion while waiting
  • personal and leisure activities such as shopping, visiting friends and family, visiting a beauty salon, attending religious services, going to the bank, drugstore, park, etc.
  • transportation is provided on an individual basis to a client * a client may travel with one caregiver, or family member free of charge, however, both passenger must depart from the same destination
  • agency reserves the right to decline a request for transportation services
