Program helps provide support and counselling for caregivers by providing new information and tools to help families of clients

Organized on a monthly basis for caregivers and volunteers * group sessions are designed to educate, inform and empower caregivers * participants learn about various health related issues and information on other programs available in the community to support and help the caregiving process
