Health promotion information for preventing falls in older adults, including:
  • print resources and materials - no falls prevention or exercise classes, only information resources
  • policy development consultation for community partners with Healthy Aging Public Health Nurse in the following areas: fall prevention, healthy aging and Age-Friendly communities
  • Step Ahead to Fall Prevention in Older Adults: in-person education and awareness training on fall prevention for health care professionals
