Description of Services:
The Centre offers help to individuals experiencing significant addiction and/or concurrent disorders (co-occurring addiction and mental health problems)
Services include:
Community Concurrent Disorders Program
Services include:
- Psychiatric and/or addiction medicine consultation, and diagnostic clarification (service length based on clinical assessment)
- Concurrent disorders group treatment (16 weeks x 2 hour weekly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed group intervention sessions)
Community Concurrent Disorders Program
- Case management
- Crisis management support
- Community withdrawal management services
