Description of Services:
Adult day program * for older adults with dementia (Mon-Fri) and older adults with mobility difficulties or who are frail (Tue and Thu) * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
Programs include

- creative art programs providing opportunities for self-expression
- comprehensive, multilingual and Montessori approach
- health promotion and disease prevention through daily seated exercise
- nutritious meals and snacks provided
- medication assistance
- caregiver respite and support
- organized special events supporting cultural backgrounds
- seamless provision of 24/7 care through the integration with SUNSET Overnight and Respite Support
- on-site sensory room
