Description of Services:

Seniors aged 55 and older are engaged in various stimulating physical and mental activities that are beneficial for participants in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
Other highlights include:

seniors who attend this program are also given leadership and volunteer opportunities
educational presentations are offered on health related topics such as healthy eating, the dangers of Heart, Stroke and Alzheimer’s diseases * advice is shared in a friendly and caring environment
