Complex continuing care and rehabilitation hospital * focuses exclusively on research, care and teaching for people with complex health conditions

Inpatient Care Provision of inpatient rehabilitative, restorative, and palliative care services
Outpatient Services Provides services for individuals with complex health conditions in an outpatient setting. Rehabilitation programs include Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation, Total Joint replacement Rehabilitation, Seating clinic, Mindfulness based stress rection program and Pain management programs
Specialty Services Individuals with complex health care presentations have special needs for clarity of diagnosis and management
