Description of Services:
Nursing clinic servicing ambulatory Ontario Health atHome patients * services include wound care, IV therapy, injections, drain care, PICC line removal, catheter care, chemo disconnect, compression therapy, ostomy care, diabetic foot assessment and screening, Doppler Ankle Brachial Pressure Index (ABPI), Negative Pressure Wound Therapy/Vacuum-Assisted Closure (NPWT/VAC), and other nursing services
